公司在衡陽(yáng)松木經(jīng)濟開(kāi)發(fā)區投資建設了“年產(chǎn)400噸氟鉭酸鉀、200噸氧化鉭、200噸氧化鈮生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)項目”，占地面積58畝，現有注冊資本2080萬(wàn)元。公司自1993年12月24日成立以來(lái)，在稀有金屬鉭與鈮的化合物及氟化物的生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗，引進(jìn)了大批高新技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才和先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)檢測設備，對一些難處理的低鉭礦及成份復雜的礦石有自己獨特的加工處理方式，在綜合利用和處理低鉭礦方面處于全國同行業(yè)中領(lǐng)先地位。公司不僅在生產(chǎn)技術(shù)上達到國內先進(jìn)水平，在生產(chǎn)和科研等方面都取得了一定的成就。公司產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售覆蓋國內東方鉭業(yè)股份公司、株洲硬質(zhì)合金集團等國有大型企業(yè)和上市公司及歐美、港澳臺地區。

HENGYANG KING XING LIFENG NEW MATERIALS CO., LTD is one of the earliest private enterprises engaged in the production of tantalum and niobium in China. It is the governing unit of Tantalum and niobium Association of China Nonferrous Metals Association.
